Description

This is the Wilton Abbey in Austria. Austria is where Father Inama grew up and all of his missionary work was under the supervision and direction of the Wilton Abbey. The Abbey was founded in 1138 and then remodeled in the 17th century. The Wilton Abbey is a Premonstratensian Abbey meaning that it under Norbertine order. This is evident as well because Father Inama and Father Gartner both have O. Praem after their name which signifies that they are Premonstratensians. Just as the Wilton Abbey is under Norbertine order so is the St. Norbert Abbey in De Pere, Wisconsin.
