Description
This page is a report and sketch to the Archbishop of Vienna from February 1846. He reports that he secured posession of 420 acres of land: 100 acres were a present from the count, 80 acres he bought on credit, 80 acres he had secured through his personal money in the care of the Abbot, and he had secured from the government the first right to buy another 160 acres. 240 acres would be lost however, if he were unable to pay within one year. Inama unfortunately had to report to the Archbishop however that the chapter of the Wilten Abbey would not send him the money. Thus he sought all the more urgently the support of the Leopoldinen Foundation which had already helped him in Salina, NY (44-45)
